Client Responsibilities

Upon boarding his or her vehicle, the client assumes all responsibility for any and all guests (on and off-board. Jet Limo NYC will not be responsible for anyone’s actions on or off the bus or for injuries that may occur while the vehicle is in motion or at a standstill before during or after the reservation.

Criminal Conduct Policy

We expressly prohibit any and all violations of the law on board any of our vehicles.. We will actively cooperate with authorities if criminal misconduct is suspected such as, including but not limited to, underage consumption of alcohol, illicit substances or unwanted touching or harassment.

Cancellations & Deposits

In order to confirm a reservation within our system, a minimum deposit is required from the client of one-third (1/3) of the total reservation fee. Without this deposit, our company reserves the right to move the client’s reservation as necessary. Upon receipt of the deposit, the reservation is deemed contractual by both parties.

If the client deems it necessary to cancel the reservation, the initial deposit is forfeited. If the client wishes to cancel his or her reservation , notification must be given prior to a MINIMUM of seventy two (72) hours of the pick-up time. If the client fails to given this notification, he or she agrees that Jet Limo NYC is authorized to charge the credit card on file for the full cost of reservation.

Overtime & Damages

The time of rental begins at the pick-up time specified within the contract. If the driver is late, the pick-up time will reflect the time at which the client boards the vehicle. If the client is late, the pick-up time will remain unchanged.

If the client keeps the vehicle overtime, extra charges will incur at a half-hour rate. By signing the credit card authorization form, the client authorizes the Jet Limo NYC to charge the card on file for any and all overtime fees.

The client assumes responsibility for any and all damage done to the vehicle. This includes the cost of the item to be replaced, the delivery charges and repair costs.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Jet Limo NYC will strictly enforce State and Federal Laws and will maintain a zero tolerance compliance policy that no alcoholic beverages can be consumed or used by any person not of legal (21) drinking age. All U.S. law enforcement agencies have absolute power to stop any motor vehicle for administrative searches. If contraband is aboard, even in negligible quantities without the chauffeurs’ knowledge, they can seize and forfeit this vehicle to a local government agency. All law enforcement agencies are aggressively enforcing this policy.

Therefore no person will bring contraband aboard vehicles that are owned or operated by Jet Limo NYC. Person(s) under the age of 21 is/are prohibited from consuming any type of alcoholic beverages. The chauffeur has every right to search the bags you are bringing to the vehicle for illegal substances at any time. If the chauffeur finds any illegal
substances, he has every right to terminate the contract at that moment and leave the customer right there and end the service at that moment without any refunds. Client will still be responsible to pay the full amount expected from the contract.

Lost Items & Belongings

Jet Limo NYC will not be responsible for any belongings lost or left while the client is in or out of the vehicle. Jet Limo NYC reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found. The purchaser on this contract is responsible for his or her guest’s items.

Upon determination that any of the above policies were violated, Jet Limo NYC may terminate service to the client and shall be deemed to have fulfilled its contractual obligations to the client under the agreement.

Vehicle Malfunction

Since Jet Limo NYC offers high-tech-equipped vehicles, sometimes heat and excessive use of all power-operated equipment might be subject to temporary failure. This will of course not interfere with the safety of the vehicle itself and therefore will have no effect on continuing or paying of the contracted trip. We have the right to upgrade the vehicles or switch the vehicles in case of emergency. No additional charges will occur for the customer. If switching occurs in the same category, or upgrades are made, it will not affect the contract and / or payment of contract. Customers therefore accept that replacement vehicles may be substituted if contracted vehicles becomes unavailable for any reason.

Safety & Regulations

Jet Limo NYC is a completely legal entity operating within the parameters of the laws and regulations of the State of New York. All individuals employed by Jet Limo NYC are correctly licensed, trained and experienced. We conduct full background checks on all of our employees.

All vehicles within the Jet Limo NYC fleet are fully insured above minimum federal, state and local requirements. Every vehicle is inspected prior to each service to ensure safety for our clients.

Fulfillment Policy

Jet Limo NYC will not be responsible for any belongings lost or left while the client is in or out of the vehicle. Jet Limo NYC reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found.

The purchaser on this contract is responsible for his or her guests. Upon determination that any of the above policies were violated, Jet Limo NYC may terminate service to the client and shall be deemed to have fulfilled its contractual obligations to the client under the agreement.
