Do you provide child safety seats for your vehicles?

No, we don’t provide child safety seats. As per the Taxi and Limousine Commission of New York, car seats are not mandatory in a For-hire vehicle.

Do you accept cash payments?

Payments in cash are not accepted. You can make payments via credit/debit card or PayPal.

Do you provide a meet and greet service by the airport?

Yes, you must request this service while making a reservation.

Do you allow pets in your vehicles?

Yes, we allow pets. But, they must be in a secure pet carrier throughout the transportation. Also, while making a reservation, you must inform us about the pet traveling in the vehicle.

Which areas do you service?

As our primary service area, we operate our limousine services in all five boroughs of New York City – the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island. Do you permit smoking in your vehicles?

No. The Taxi and Limousine Commission of New York prohibits smoking in all TLC licensed vehicles.

What vehicles do you offer for hire?

We have a wide-ranging fleet of luxury vehicles. Our fleet includes stretched limousines, sedans, SUVs, mini-buses, and party buses.

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

You should make a booking as early as possible. It allows you to get the vehicle of your choice on your preferred date. But, in general, we suggest making bookings 2-4 weeks in advance. For any emergency or immediate service requirement, call (212) 899-5364.

Are you closed on holiday?

No. As the premier limousine service in New York, we operate our limo services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

How much do I tip a limo driver?

A good rule of thumb is to tip about 20% of the total rental cost. However, you can increase or decrease this tip based on factors like overall service, timeliness, and the condition of the vehicle you received.

How many people fit in a party bus?

Party buses come in different sizes. A Sprinter Passenger Van has a seating capacity of up to 15 people, while a big party bus can comfortably seat up to 40 passengers. So, when planning to book a party bus, you should make a bus reservation based on your group size.

What is a private ride?

A private ride is a car service wherein you can’t share your vehicle with other travelers. On all private rides, you’ll get a 15-minute wait time grace period.

Will I be charged if my flight gets delayed?

NO, we usually monitor the flight status before dispatching the vehicle. Just in case your flight gets delayed before dispatching the vehicle and this delay information is posted on the airline’s website, you won’t get charged. If the flight lands on time but gets delayed on the runway, we grant a waiting time of 30 minutes on domestic flights and 45 minutes on international flights. Beyond this time, waiting charges will begin.
